I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Also, the cake cream tasted like non-dairy/vegetable cream instead of fresh dairy cream, and the quality was far below my expectations. The texture and flavor felt artificial and not worth the price. Definitely not the level of service or quality I expected. I would not come back.

Date: May 10, 2026 Mother's Day Celebration 🎊🎉❤️💐🌺🌹🍰🎂🥰😊😘😍🤤 This is our first time ordering cake from this location. It's our second time eating this cake for a celebration. The first time we tried it was on my mother's birthday last year. When one of my older sister celebrated her birthday on February 9, 2025. And this time around we got it for Mother's Day on May 10, 2026. I asked my older brother about what cakes do my mother like and he suggested that she liked this cake from Long Phung Bakery. So my significant other decided to go purchase this one for her. My mother had her own small group party with some of her adult children, grandkids, and her in law to celebrate Mother's Day together. ❤️💐🌺🌹🍰🎂🥰😊 My significant other also got one for his lovely mother as well since his younger brother was throwing a Mother's Day get together(big group party). We originally thought we’d go the traditional American cake route for our wedding, but honestly, it just wasn’t us. So we went back to what we know and love: Asian sponge cakes with fresh fruit and that nostalgic crisp in the middle. From the very beginning, Tina and her team were so accommodating. They even delivered to our venue in Fallbrook outside of their normal delivery times, which we can’t thank them enough for. The taste was exactly what we hoped for: that light, airy sponge that isn’t overly sweet, layered with fresh sugared fruit and crunch. All our guests loved it with some who grew up with this style of cake, and others who were trying it for the very first time and couldn’t stop raving about it. But the best part? Their artistry. We gave them an inspiration photo of a classic vintage full sheet cake with lots of piping and the clear red piping for the words, just like our parents’ wedding cakes from back in the day. They absolutely nailed it. Not only was it delicious, but it was deeply meaningful to see those memories carried forward into our own wedding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience with this bakery! I ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter, and it turned out even better than I imagined. The design was beautiful, detailed, and exactly what we asked for. Not only did it look stunning, but it tasted incredible—moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their work. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. Everyone at the party was impressed! I highly recommend this bakery for any special occasion—especially custom cakes!
